About Frugal Fever

Frugal Fever makes finding worthwhile deals faster, easier, and considerably less chaotic. We gather deal listings from popular bargain sites and organize them in one convenient place, so you can search more sources without opening more tabs.

One Search. Many Deal Sources.

The internet has no shortage of deals. The real problem is finding the useful ones before they expire, and doing it without visiting site after site. Our Daily Deals page lets you browse and search recent offers from multiple sources in one streamlined experience.

Frugal Fever does not sell the products shown in our deal listings. When something catches your eye, you will follow a link to the original deal source, retailer, or service provider, where you can verify the details and complete any purchase.

Deal Alerts Without the Daily Digging

Looking for a particular brand, product, category, or keyword? Our planned deal-alert tools are designed to help you watch for the things you care about instead of repeatedly running the same searches. When this feature is available, the Deal Alerts page will explain how alerts work, what information is required, and how to unsubscribe.

Useful First. Funny on Purpose.

Frugal Fever is a practical deal-finding website with a slightly overdeveloped sense of humor. Our name comes from the familiar condition in which a perfectly reasonable person sees “limited-time offer” and temporarily loses the ability to remember whether the item was needed in the first place.

Our special Frugal Fever Symptoms & Treatment page explores this imaginary condition in the sober, authoritative style of a medical reference website. It is satire, not medical advice, and no actual diagnosis is required to use our deal search.

Our Approach

  • Save time: Bring multiple deal sources into one searchable destination.
  • Keep the source visible: Make it clear where each deal originated.
  • Encourage verification: Prices, inventory, coupon rules, and expiration dates can change quickly.
  • Respect the shopper: Help people find relevant offers without pretending every discount is a necessity.
  • Be transparent: Clearly disclose affiliate relationships and how the site may earn revenue.

Meet Karen, Our Editor-in-Chief

Frugal Fever

Karen is the Editor-in-Chief of Frugal Fever and a lifelong believer that paying full price should be considered a last resort. Her deal radar is always on. Whether she’s comparing grocery-store specials, investigating a suspiciously complicated restaurant promotion, checking three apps for a better price, or quietly wondering why the person ahead of her didn’t use the coupon that was right there, Karen approaches saving money with enthusiasm, determination, and an attention to detail that some might describe as unusually committed.

She especially enjoys helping other people get a better deal. If a restaurant forgot to apply the advertised discount, Karen will notice. If an item rings up for $12.99 when the shelf clearly said $9.99, Karen will notice that too. And if circumstances require a brief, polite conversation with someone who has the authority to straighten things out, well… Karen has never been particularly shy about asking the right person the right question. Around here, we consider that a valuable editorial skill.

Fortunately, Karen uses her powers for good. Her mission at Frugal Fever is not simply to spend less, but to help separate smart savings from savings-induced insanity. She loves a great coupon, appreciates a legitimate bargain, and firmly believes there is nothing wrong with being frugal—as long as you don’t drive 27 miles to save 43 cents, buy six pounds of clearance shrimp that expire at midnight, or spend $38 qualifying for free shipping on an item that originally cost $11. Karen has seen the symptoms. Karen understands the symptoms. And between us, there may be a reason she was uniquely qualified for this job.

How Frugal Fever Is Supported

Some links on Frugal Fever may be affiliate links. If you click one of these links and make a purchase or complete another qualifying action, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships help support the operation of the site, but they do not increase the price you pay. As an Amazon Associate FF may earn from qualifying purchases.

Affiliate Disclosure

Frugal Fever may participate in affiliate advertising programs. This means some links on this website are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or complete another qualifying action, Frugal Fever may receive a commission or referral fee. This generally does not increase the price you pay.

Other Affiliate Programs

Frugal Fever may also participate in affiliate programs operated by retailers, marketplaces, networks, travel providers, service companies, and other businesses. When required, we will place a clear disclosure near affiliate links, product recommendations, sponsored placements, or other content where a commercial relationship could affect how a visitor evaluates the information.

Editorial Independence

Compensation may affect which offers appear on the site, where they appear, or whether a link is monetized. However, payment does not guarantee a positive opinion, recommendation, ranking, or review. Our goal is to present useful information and make the nature of relevant commercial relationships clear.

Prices and Availability

Prices, coupons, inventory, shipping charges, rebate terms, and other offer details may change after a listing is published or collected. Frugal Fever does not control third-party sellers and cannot guarantee that an offer is still available or accurately described. Always verify the final price and terms on the seller’s website before completing a transaction.

No Endorsement by Merchants

Participation in an affiliate program does not mean that a merchant sponsors, endorses, or is otherwise affiliated with Frugal Fever beyond the applicable advertising or referral relationship.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. If those laws apply to our practices, we will provide any required notice and opt-out mechanism.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or a copy; objecting to or limiting certain processing; withdrawing consent; or opting out of certain advertising uses. These rights may be subject to exceptions and identity verification.
